The Play 2 Progress Mommy (& Daddy) & Me class is focused on helping you understand your child’s development and sensory system from a young age. We believe this is vital in supporting your child’s development and preparing for pre-school. Designed for children ages 12-24 months, we will move through the sensory system and the stages of development with both you and your child. Each week your child will explore a different aspect of their sensory system while moving through age-appropriate gross and fine motor challenges. Led by a pediatric occupational therapist, we will help parents to understand their child’s emotional, cognitive, physical and social development, while providing parent support through what can be a challenging stage of development.

  •   Transitions and parent separation
  •   Parent support and education
  •   Pre-school readiness

At Play 2 Progress, we recognize that all babies develop at slightly different rates - and that's totally normal! Our classes are organized by developmental milestone, rather than by chronological age, so you should choose a class based on what feels like the right fit at the time the class begins. Note that we accept walkers into our Mommy & Me classes until they are about 2 years old; if you have any other questions, feel free to contact us - we're happy to help!
